Card 1 of 2

Today I'm sharing how to make this fun, easy Double Z-Fold Card featuring products from the Let it Snow Suite in Stampin' Up!'s 2019 Holiday Catalog.

Here is the first card I made:

Here are the dimensions that apply to Both cards made (picture of second one will be in a separate post following this post):
  • Background Base (Coastal Cabana Card Stock):  4-1/4" x 11", Score at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2"
  • Front Base (Poppy Parade Card Stock):  3-1/4" x 9-3/4", Score at 3-1/4" and 6-1/2"
  • Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper, on the Coastal Cabana Base:
    • 2 pieces cut 2-1/2" Wide x 4" High (NOTE:  Watch the direction of your paper when cutting to make sure your pattern goes in the correct direction).  The second piece goes on the inside part of the front Z.  For that, I used the back of the paper facing up rather than the glittery snowman side.
    • 1 piece cut 5-1/4" Wide x 4" High
  • Let It Snow Specialty DSP, on the Poppy Parade inside Z - 1 piece cut 3" x 3" square.
  • Whisper White Card Stock - 2 pieces cut 3" Square
You will want to do all your stamping on the Whisper White card stock pieces first.  Then punch and assemble your snowman (punch out of Shimmery Glimmer Paper), using the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit.  I put a dot of liquid glue down to help hold each piece of "coal" onto the glimmer paper better.  Same for the carrot nose.  The entire snowman and  pieces are bumped up using Stampin ' Dimensionals.

Then, the rest is just a matter of gluing your DSP and Whisper White pieces down onto the bases, and adhering the Poppy Parade cardstock base to the Coastal Cabana card stock base with DSP on it already to form the Double Z.

Here's a link to the YouTube video for complete instructions.  I show how to make the 2nd card, but assembly is the same for this one, with the only differences being the use of the Snowman Builder Punch for this one, and simply stamping and coloring in the second card.
