This beautiful card was the third and final card made on my YouTube weekly live stream, Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:00 pm EDT.  This card features the gorgeous Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper that, sadly, will retire when the new annual catalog goes live to the public on June 4th, 2019.  The stamp set and dies used will also retire, so get yours while you can!

Card Base: Rich Razzleberry - 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4", turned Landscape (horizontal)

Whisper White Mat:  5-1/4" W x 4" H

DSP Mat:  5" W x 3-7/8" H

Whisper White scraps for sentiment to be punched out, and flower

Mossy Meadow (about 1/2 sheet of 8-1/2" x 11") - for leaves

Whisper White - Inside Mat - 5-1/4" wide x 3-3/4" high

This was the first card of three made on Tuesday evening, April 23, 2019 on my weekly YouTube live stream.  The video is linked below if you haven't seen it.  I have a lot of Designer Series Paper (DSP) that I am trying to use before the new Stampin' Up! annual catalog comes out (which is Very Soon!!).  Measurements and supplies used follow the video link, but the video shows how to make this and the other two cards.  

Measurements:

Card Base:  8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" in Mint Macaron

DSP Mat - 5-1/4" high x 4" wide

Basic Black Mat - used 2nd Largest Rectangle Stitched Die shown in the pictured supplies (approximate 3-3/8" wide by 4-3/4" high).  I combined this with the 5th Largest Rectangle Stitched Die to remove the center portion.

Whisper White Mat - use the 5th Largest Rectangle Stitched Die to cut this out.

Sentiment - scrap of white, punched using Everyday Label Punch and then trimmed down on top and bottom

Inside - Black Mat = 4-1/4" x 3-1/4"; Whisper White Mat = 4" x 2-3/4"
