Our theme this month for our YouTube Card Hop was Get Well cards. I made two cards - one masculine and one flowery (so I'd say more feminine...lol). This post shows the flowery one. Here's a picture. I tried to use blue tones as that is the intended recipient's favorite color.
Multiple colors on the floral piece on the left was achieved by cutting the piece out in Balmy Blue cardstock, and then sponging Night of Navy, Pacific Point and Granny Apple Green inks from my Stampin' Pads over specific portions of it. I love how that turned out.
This was also my first attempt at two-step stamping on the flower and leaves in the upper right corner. I think that turned out pretty well too.
