I will be posting 3 separate blog posts for each of 3 cards made using the Clearance Rack dies called Many Mittens. I'm not sure how I missed the Many Mittens dies when they had a Stamp Set to match them, but I did. After seeing someone else use the dies on a YouTube video, I just had to have them too and got them off the Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack. I am so glad I did!!

This is a standard A2 size card (8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" - so card front is 5-1/2" H x 4-1/4" W). I used Coastal Cabana card stock for my base, and Real Red as the first layering mat (which is 5-3/8" x 4-1/8"). Next, I cut a piece of the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper - the sheet with the mittens on it - that is in the current 2019 Holiday Catalog. That piece is 5-1/4" x 4". Glue all mats down with wet glue.

Next, get the detailed mitten out from the die set and die cut 2 of them from Real Red card stock. Then,get the outline mittens (one of each), and die cut them out of Whisper White card stock. Glue the Real Red mittens onto the Whisper White mittens. NOTE, you will have to turn one of the Real Red Mittens upside down in order to have it go on the Whisper White paper in the right direction. Then, shake the Puff Paint really well, and apply a thin layer all over the "cuff" part of the mittens. Get out the Heat Tool and heat until the puff paint dries and puffs up.

Punch a circle out of Coastal Cabana card stock using the 2-1/4" Circle Punch. Stamp the sentiment from the Rustic Retreat Stamp Set (Annual Catalog) in Real Red onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. Punch that out using the 2" Circle Punch. Glue the white circle to the Coastal Cabana circle, and then apply them to the lower right corner of the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. Add 3 of the Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots in the Real Red color (I used one each of 3 different sizes).

Inside, use a Real Red card stock mat of 5-1/4" x 4", and a Whisper White mat on top of that of 5" x 3-3/4". If you have a leftover thin strip of the DSP, add that to the far left of the Whisper White mat.
